Church of Andreordi (Hovvi), Old Jugha, Julfa District

In 2012 to 2013, studies were carried out in the church which had been exploded and later partly reconstructed, although not into its primary image. The monument was measured for the development of a complete restoration project which won a 2nd-class Diploma at the pan-Armenian competition-exhibition Yerevan Architectural Biennale-2014.

From 2014 until 2015, construction activities were carried out in the church under S. Ayvazian’s supervision. On 9 April 2015, it was re-consecrated by Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Atropatene, Bishop Grigor Chiftjian.

In 2015 some partial measuring and studies were implemented in the new (white) church of the monastery and its belfry (unfinished, with only its first floor built). In the same year, a renovation project was worked out for the monument with the participation of architect Amiran Badishian and constructor Artavazd Arzumanian. Also, some sketches were offered for the completion of the belfry.
